black & white wednesday

mr. jesse james

i've said before that our outside dog, jesse james, often gets left out.  he's not treated like a prince quite as much as sydney is treated like a princess.  mostly because his daddy won't let me.  =)  he does have a green polo shirt that he occasionally wears in the summer time when he's had a bath, been brushed, and is looking all handsome.  he is soooooo protective of us and our property.  if i'm home alone, he lays right up against the back door.  we love him to pieces!

to see more black & whites, you can visit the long road to china!

Wow. Jesse James looks GREAT in black and white. What a great picture! I am glad he is such a good protector. What a blessing. We had an outside dog when we were little but we used to feel bad for him in the winter and then we would let him inside. I cried so hard when he had to be put to sleep.
